Q. Why should I use ETS Transportation?
A. ETS Transportation has been providing safe, reliable and courteous transportation services since 1990.
Q. What airports do you serve?
A. Kahului Airport, Kapalua Airport, Hana Airport, all Private Airfields on island.
Q. What are your office hours?
A. Our office staff is ready to serve you 7days a week 8am-11pm (chartered vehicles may exceed office hours of operation)
Q. How long is the ride from OGG (Kahului Airport) to West Maui (Lahaina-Kapalua)?
A. Drive time is 45minutes to one hour pending on destination, with shuttle service you would need to allow an extra 15 minutes for other stops.
Q. Can I check fares or make a reservation on the Internet?
A Yes! Go to www.mauishuttle.com our site is secured so you can book a reservation with your credit card (we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover). Credits cards are accepted to secure the booking however payment would need to be made direct to your driver.
Q. If I make a reservation on line, how can I get a confirmation?
A. You will receive a confirmation of your booking via e mail within 48 hours of making the reservation. If you do not receive confirmation feel free to give us a call to confirm receipt.
Q. How do I find the shuttle van?
A. For shuttle service you are instructed to call our dispatch team once you are ready with luggage feel free to call 800-833-2303 or 808-669-2300 we also have a courtesy phone in baggage claim just dial ext “55.”
Q. Why do you need my arriving flight number?
A. Because we track every flight and if there is a delay we will attempt to place you on our next van out of the airport that fits your new arrival time.
Q. What if my plane is late, will you wait?
A. Depending on how late, what time of the day and what type of service you have prearranged. All private transfers will be transported no matter how early or late you arrive. If arriving after 12am please verify if an after hour arrival fee will be applied. If you have booked a shared shuttle that is due to arrive after 11pm please call our office to see if we are able to accommodate. If you are delayed but still due to arrive during regular business hours you will be booked for the first available shuttle once you are ready with bags.
Q. What is your cancellation policy?
A. ETS has a 24-hour cancellation policy with exception of Mini-Bus and Expedition Limousine transfers which require 48 hours.
Q. Are there discounts for groups traveling together?
A. Yes for groups of 20 or more please call 800-833-2303 and ask for groups department.
Q. Are you just airports?
A. No, by no means - ETS offers executive vehicle service, charter services for corporate and private groups - anywhere!
Q. Do you have wheelchair accessible vehicles?
A. Yes with 48 hour notice and pending availability we will be able to assist.
Q. We are having a wedding next summer - can you provide transportation for our guests?
A. Yes! We are your designated drivers and we can offer transportation services for your guests from the airport to their hotel (and back), rehearsal dinner, golf and sightseeing outings, luncheons, the wedding, the reception and a brunch the next day. Large or small, we can handle all your wedding transportation needs.
Q. Do you have home pick ups and drop-offs?
A. Yes, call for quote if pick up or drop off location is not listed on shuttle zone listing.
Q. Do you have car seats for children?
A. Yes, $7 per carseat or bring your own for no additional cost. Hawaii State Law does require children under the age of 8years old or under 4’9’’ tall to be in a child safety seat. Be sure to order your necessary carseats upon making your reservation to avoid additional wait time.
